Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Bonnie Plants garment tags remain intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
